DELEGATE

The Delegate is part of the Patient Services department and reports to the Field Delegate Supervisor or the Claims Center Supervisor.

He/She is responsible for issuing approvals for the patient admission, following up his medical file during his hospitalization until his discharge, as well as receiving the related claim from the hospital. He/she is also responsible for guiding the patient through the entire procedures, as well as supporting him emotionally.

The delegate performs her duties within a call center, and/or at a hospital office, and/or at a hot spot where she will be responsible for different hospitals in the same region.

Requirements

  • Holding a nursing degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Customer service oriented
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Computer literate.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (French is an asset)
