MEDICAL RULES OFFICER

The Medical Rules Officer supports and follows medical requests, assists in the setup and upkeep of the medical rules dictionaries as well as in the know-how transfer of Medical Expert System to all GlobeMed operations.

Requirements

· Medical Doctorate, with official registration at the Lebanese Order of Physicians (LOP)

· Inquisitive and meticulous about details

· Computer literate with good MS Office skills

· Good written and oral communication skills

· Good organizational and follow-up abilities

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The Administrative Assistant assists the Client Relations department and Client Relations Manager in different kinds of administrative tasks that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their daily work.

MEDICAL OFFICER

As a Medical Officer, you will make sure that our insured patients get quality healthcare. Being the first interlocutor with our guarantors and providers for solving inquiries and complaints related to medical coverage decisions and patients cases.

Requirements

• Medical Doctor degree
• Experience in managed care and in dealing with insurance companies
• Good management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English. French will be a plus
• Computer literate and naturally open to technology

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

The Account Executive works technically on preparing deals, implementing them on the system, and managing the daily complaints and requests of the providers.

Requirements

  • Degree: Business / Economics / Nursing / Paramedical studies or relevant
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Hospitals
  • Good communication skills
  • Medical and in Patient Billing Knowledge
  • Good in English and Arabic
DELEGATE

The Delegate is part of the Patient Services department and reports to the Field Delegate Supervisor or the Claims Center Supervisor.

He/She is responsible for issuing approvals for the patient admission, following up his medical file during his hospitalization until his discharge, as well as receiving the related claim from the hospital. He/she is also responsible for guiding the patient through the entire procedures, as well as supporting him emotionally.

The delegate performs her duties within a call center, and/or at a hospital office, and/or at a hot spot where she will be responsible for different hospitals in the same region.

Requirements

  • Holding a nursing degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Customer service oriented
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Computer literate.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (French is an asset)
