JUNIOR DEVELOPER

The Junior Software Developer will be involved in all areas of development from design, to development and testing. He/she will also be involved in two types of applications: desktop (based on VB6, .Net, Microsoft SQL) and web (HTML5, Python, Django Framework & PostgreSQL). The junior software developer will report to the head of IT / Project Manager.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in software development
  • Solid understanding of VB6 & .Net
  • A good understating of SQL & PostgreSQL databases
  • A good understanding of web development using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Python & Django Framework
  • Knowledge of client/server application development
MEDICAL OFFICER

As a Medical Officer, you will make sure that our insured patients get quality healthcare. Being the first interlocutor with our guarantors and providers for solving inquiries and complaints related to medical coverage decisions and patients cases.

Requirements

• Medical Doctor degree
• Experience in managed care and in dealing with insurance companies
• Good management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English. French will be a plus
• Computer literate and naturally open to technology

BUSINESS ANALYST

The Business Analyst provides the necessary assistance to the Medical Director in conducting specialized researches, statistics, reports and analysis. The overall work of the Business Analyst aims to improve and keep abreast the medical services delivery process.

Requirements

  • B.S in Nursing or BA in Biology or in similar medical field. Master in Public Health
  • 2 to 3 years of related experience
  • Can work under stress
  • Analytical Thinking
DELEGATE

The Delegate is part of the Patient Services department and reports to the Field Delegate Supervisor or the Claims Center Supervisor.

He/She is responsible for issuing approvals for the patient admission, following up his medical file during his hospitalization until his discharge, as well as receiving the related claim from the hospital. He/she is also responsible for guiding the patient through the entire procedures, as well as supporting him emotionally.

The delegate performs her duties within a call center, and/or at a hospital office, and/or at a hot spot where she will be responsible for different hospitals in the same region.

Requirements

  • Holding a nursing degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Customer service oriented
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Computer literate.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (French is an asset)
